09.02.15 More break thru! Demolish old cash register/pick up station. Re-route to new door. New booth under construction. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!
08.25.15 Break thru! Third and fourth holes in the wall to connect customer areas. Old restrooms demolished. Pardon our dust as we reroute you to the new restrooms and build a new booth where the old restrooms were.
08.14.15 We are cooking with gas! New cook line hood operational, fire suppression system in place, appliances installed and approved for cooking.
08.10.15 Bar is constructed. Bar plumbing complete. New booth #1 constructed. Lighting and electrical complete. New hostess stand and busser stand arrived.
07.23.15 New applicances arrived. Make up air unit and air balance in progress. New restroom plumbing in progress. New flooring installed. Exterior awning moved and expanded.
07.10.15 New kitchen hood ventilation system installation in progress. Painting in progress. Bar plumbing in progress.
06.22.15 New appliances for kitchen (tandoor, fryer, stove, refrigeration) have been ordered. Double-door air-lock vestibule installed at new entrance.
06.15.15 Back bar cabinetry delivered and installed. Restroom doors delivered and installed. Fire suppression system moved.
06.08.15 Second hole in the wall to expand main cooking kitchen area. Hole in roof for new hood. Tiled bar foot rest complete. Kitchen, prep, bathroom tiling complete.
05.25.15 First hole in the wall to connect the rear prep kitchen area. New signature cocktails developed. Water heater moved; coke moved. Old cooler dismantled and given to Tantre Farms for new Washtenaw Food Hub. New cooler inspected and approved.
04.28.15 Electrical complete; framing and drywall complete; phase 1 floor tiling in progress; bar construction in progress.
